Refund, Return & Replacement Policies
(if items were bought at full price)

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will be happy to send you a brand new replacement (no additional cost), no refund applied, strictly provided that you can send us a 10-second video of the damage or fault as proof to our Messenger ( Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item (marked delivered in the tracking) if you have such an issue.

To make sure every customer will receive the brand new and clean product, we currently don't accept any returns from customers due to the hygienic problem.

Once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that are lost in transit by the shipping carrier.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: We will not be held liable to any loss or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

Discounted items (if applicable)

Replacement Policy is not applied to a discounted item. 
Only refund is accepted for sale items.


Once ordered, we have processed the order with our suppliers right after, it is out of our hands so we cannot cancel the order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.
