Refund & Replacement Policies (if items are bought at full price)

To protect and make sure every customer will receive the brand new and clean product, we currently don't accept any returns from customers due to the hygienic problem.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will be happy to send you a brand new replacement (no additional cost), simply send us a 10-second video of the damage or fault as proof to our Messenger (http://m.me/skinvestor). Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item (marked delivered in the tracking) if you have such an issue.

Our store does not accept Returns, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that are lost in transit by the shipping carrier

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: We will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be replaced by the new one for free, unfortunately, sale items can not be exchanged/replace. Only refund is accepted for sale items.

Cancellations

Once ordered, we have processed the order with our suppliers right after, it is out of our hands so we cannot cancel the order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 7 business days for the United States, 7 -15 days for Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.
